Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are done in 2 to 3 hours. More complex repairs (motherboard, liquid damage) may take a few days or more depending on the severity of the damage. We always give you a rough estimate before starting the process.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, all our repairs come with a 100-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same issue comes back during that period, we fix it free of charge. This excludes any physical or liquid damage after the repair that would have damaged the replaced part.

How much does a repair cost?
The price depends on the device and the type of damage. Some models are more expensive to repair due to the cost of replacement parts or the expertise required. We provide a free assessment and a cost estimate before proceeding and opening your device.
Will my data be kept during the repair?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. We take every precaution to preserve your data. However, we recommend backing up before entrusting us with your device, especially in case of liquid damage or severe issues, whenever possible.
Do you need my passcode or password?
For some repairs, it isn’t necessary. For others (full testing, data recovery), we may ask for it. You can always change it or remove it if you prefer. For compatible devices, we invite you to use maintenance mode or repair mode depending on your device, so that only the device’s functions are accessible.
Do you use original or compatible parts?
We use high-quality parts, whether original (OEM) or compatible, depending on availability and your preferences, and we respect the manufacturer’s standards (we don’t install an LCD screen on a device built with an OLED screen). We always inform you of the type of part used and its potential impact on the device’s functionality and the manufacturer’s warranty if applicable.
What happens if my device can't be repaired?
If we determine that the repair isn’t possible or isn’t worthwhile, we let you know as soon as we can confirm it. You don’t pay for the repair if it can’t be fixed; only a base fee applies for the diagnostic and inspection.
Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?
You can come directly to our shop, but we recommend booking online or by phone to reduce your wait time and confirm availability, especially for more complex repairs.
Do you repair water-damaged devices?
We only offer data recovery on devices that have suffered liquid damage. Most damage makes the device unstable and compromises its long-term reliability. The success rate depends on the extent of the damage and the time elapsed since the incident — the sooner you bring it to us, the better the chances of recovery.
How long does a cell phone last?
A well-maintained cell phone can work for 3 to 5 years in most cases, sometimes more. The battery is usually the first to weaken, often after 2 to 3 years of use — and that’s exactly the kind of part we easily replace to extend your device’s life by several years.
